Players take on the role of Warren, who's consumed by tragedy and descends into total darkness. Our protagonist follows a path of treachery as he seeks revenge against those who've wronged him – with the goal of making them pay.
The game aims to make player choice paramount, with the impact of those decisions impacting all those around you as you're forced to make hard decisions and suffer the consequences.
40 missions are included in the game, featuring charming people like cannibals, cultists, and henchmen.
Ancient powers are at play and poker cards can be discovered and combined to develop special abilities, while players also have access to a range of firearms.
Hard West can be pre-ordered from Steam for $19.99 and a Collector's Edition is $24.99. Spending the extra will get you the game along with its original soundtrack, an art book, and a digital comic book.
