Fallout Shelter Now Live On Android

August 13, 2015 by Ryan Parreno

Fallout Shelter requires Android 4.1, AKA Jelly Bean, and is rated 12+.

Fallout Shelter has now gone live on Android.

Two months after becoming a breakout hit on iPhones, Bethesda’s surprise mobile hit has finally made it to Google’s OS as promised. You can access it on your phone from here.

Fallout Shelter requires Android 4.1, AKA Jelly Bean, and is rated 12+.

Fallout Shelter puts you in the role of a caretaker of a brand new Vault from Vault-Tec. Your job is to balance the needs of the vault and your dwellers, keeping the vault safe from the Wasteland, and keeping the dwellers happy – and reproducing.

Fallout Shelter was an instant hit upon release, overtaking even Candy Crush Saga in downloads and revenue. After two weeks, it dipped from the top position, but the app continues to be a strong performer for Bethesda.
