Fallout 4's Pip-Boy Edition (pictured above) comes with a usable Pip-Boy but if you weren't able to secure a pre-order you can always have a go at making your own working example of Vault-tec wearable computer, as fan David Broido has.
David says his model is a "3D printed Pip-Boy 3000 prop, which can be worn, and functions nearly the same as it does in the game."
The Pip-Boy features the aesthetic seen in Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas and features a nicely weathered look. All of the screens from the games are included, such as maps, a health chart, and a SPECIAL menu.
You can also purchase one of these Pip-Boy replicas by sending a PM to David on his Facebook page for a "reasonable" fee.
We have more fan-built Pip-Boys for you to check out, including one that relays actual real world information.
Fallout 4 launches for PC, PS4, and Xbox One on November 10th.
