We have a batch of new screenshots and concept art for Mass Effect Andromeda.
After so few previews, we now have a better idea of what the protagonist will look like. Although s/he is no longer Commander Shepard, s/he is N7, aka a member of special forces in the highest level of proficiency. Basically, s/he is the Mass Effect equivalent of a Special Forces/Navy Seals/Legionnaire.
The armor has definitely received some revision, but also looks familiar. We don’t have confirmation yet if this is the Onyx armor, or perhaps a revision made just for the setting.
Of course, as you may already know, the game is set in the Andromeda Galaxy. Earlier previews also indicated that you would be spending a lot of time in this new Mass Effect exploring the planets, using a special rover the game is being built around.
Mass Effect Andromeda is planned for release on Windows, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One during holiday 2016.
