Hanzo, the Japanese hunter armed with a bow and arrow has been featured as Overwatch's latest character in a video newly released today by Blizzard.
He's the only character in the cast capable of using a bow and arrow, and is capable of scaling walls with his bare hands. He also comes equipped with a skill that allows him to shoot a giant ghost-dragon at enemies.
First and foremost, Hanzo is a hunter, so he can fire off tracking arrows that make it easier for players on your team to see enemies within its radius.
The studio revealed McCree yesterday, the game's resident cowboy. Be sure to check that out.
Last week, a similar gameplay video was released of a medic-type character named Mercy.
Overwatch was announced on November 7, 2014 at BlizzCon and is known to be a repurposing of work done on the now-cancelled MMO Project Titan that had long been in development by Blizzard. A closed beta is scheduled for some time in 2015. You can sign up here for said beta.
