Overwatch has added a new character to its roster, angelic medic Mercy, and to mark the occasion, Blizzard has released 10 minutes of gameplay showing her in action.
The video features a full match, with Mercy switching between her pistol the Caduceus Blaster and her Caduceus Staff for boosting the attack power of her allies and healing.
We also see the Guardian Angel ability in use as Mercy quickly flies to targeted allies to offer assistance as needed, while Angelic Descent makes use of the Valkyrie suit to slow her down when dropping from a height. Finally, the Rescurrect ultimate ability does exactly what its name suggests, reviving dead allies to full health.

Overwatch is a team-based, PvP multiplayer shooter based on what remains of cancelled MMO Titan, and will be Blizzard's first new IP in almost two decades.
