It's been awhile since we talked about WildStar, but its developers want us to rest assured that the game is alive and well and is seeing all new updates that implement new features into the game—making it better and more accessible than ever before.
The game's latest features, which are arriving in INVASION: Nexus, include a host of Companion Pets. There are a total of 54 companion pets for players to collect. Pets can be obtained in a variety of ways, including as drops in shiphands and dungeons.
In addition to pets, the game is adding a new Holo-Wardrobe System that serves as an upgrade to the game's existing costume system. Players will no longer need to visit the Stylist in order to modify their costumes or have to store physical items in costume slots. Players will also get the ability to save item appearances to an account-wide list of available appearances.
The new update is accessible through the PTR (Player Test Realm) for anyone interested in checking it out before it goes live on the main realms.
