Destiny’s Iron Banner Returns, Bringing New Legendary Gear

Destiny’s premiere PvP event strikes again.

Destiny has been the lynchpin title for first-person shooters since the new console generation began. While Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare may have picked up the genre's banner for a short time, Destiny appears to be the game of choice. Considering Advanced Warfare scored so well with reviewers, this comes to us as a bit surprising.

All that said, Bungie has been doing a really swell job of keeping the game fresh by bringing back events like The Iron Banner. This PvP-based trial by fire has been one of gamers' favorites. While it might have started off on shaky footing, Bungie has updated and changed it so that it works as intended.

The event is now live and will run until November 19. This gives you a about a week to acquire some of the strongest gear in the game. There are some level 32 items up for grabs, as well as some other new equipment. We've gotten a couple of images of this gear for you below:
