Announced earlier today, the developer behind The Wolf Among Us and Tales from the Borderland has partnered with Minecraft studio Mojang for a new episodic adventure called Minecraft: Story Mode. It'll feature original characters and an original story driven by player choice, all which complement the original Minecraft rather than attempt to establish an official canon for the main game.
Telltale hopes to launch the first episode of Minecraft: Story Mode in 2015 across consoles, PCs, and mobile devices — presumably, all the platforms that host the original game.
