Sales analysts at Cowen & Company believe that EA's Battlefield 3 will earn up to 11 million units in sales for its first year. The figure goes up from a previous estimate of 8 million, GI.biz reports.
The game, which releases in October for the PC, PS3 and Xbox 360, is seeing pre-order figures similar to Activision's Call of Duty: Black Ops, released last year. The game has sold roughly 20 million units to date.
