Mass Effect 4 producer Michael Gamble has shared a little teaser, claiming that the Salarians have never looked so good.
I've never seen salarians look so damn good.

Salarians are a bipedal amphibian race in the Mass Effect universe, as well as a member of the Citadel. They are known for their hyperactive metabolism, as well as for their aptitude for observation and nonlinear thinking. Aesthetics wise, Salarians take inspiration from common depictions of aliens, particularly the Area 51 tropes. Their skin and eyes also acquire that amphibian like shine.
It’s hard to tell if Michael is teasing more than it appears. Looking at Salarian history, they advanced their civilization to the point that they started colonizing planets a long time before they discovered the Citadel. Their first few settlements were in Aegohr, Mannovai, and Jaeto.
Knowing that the new Mass Effect will be in around the same time frame as the original trilogy, but in a different part of the universe, is this tease a possible spoiler on where the game is set, or could go? Will our new hero go to one of the Salarians’ old settlements? Will the game go to previously unknown Salarian territories?
