Last week, Link expanded his Smash wardrobe with his Skyloft outfit from Skyward Sword. This week, Little Mac gets to slip into something a little more comfortable. Namely, it's his pink sweater and sweatpants combo from the Punch-Out!! series, now available as an alternate costume. Everyone remembers his training montage between circuits, as Mac jogs through New York as his trainer Doc Louis rides ahead on his bike.
Smash director Masahiro Sakurai revealed this image in today's update. On Miiverse, he said:
Mac is certainly confident in his attire! He makes pink look good, and there's no shame in that!
Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS arrives on October 3. The Wii U version arrives later in winter.
