Criterion Games has announced a new racing title—an all new IP called… well, it doesn’t yet have a name, but we’re promised that it’ll be the ultimate game to ever be released by the studio.
Before announcing the game, the studio showcased some of the previous games it created, including Burnout Paradise and one of the Need for Speed games.
According to the developers, the unnamed Criterion game has crazy combinations of vehicles, including planes and jet skis, parachutes and hang gliders. The best part of the game is how it all takes place in first person. Footage of the game can be seen below, along with screenshots.
“This is going to be the biggest game Criterion has ever made,” they announced. Expect to hear more details about the game in the coming months.
