BioWare has taken to the stage at EA's E3 media briefing to reveal the next instalment of the Mass Effect franchise.
The game is coming to PC, PS4, and Xbox One but does not currently have a release date. The title will feature new places, new characters, and new people to fall in love with according to BioWare.
"Fans of the series will be surprised with just how far we're going," the development team commented. Above you can see a new character wearing N7 armour, N7 was the rank in the Alliance military achieved by Commander Shepard in the original trilogy though it has been previously confirmed that he/she will not be making a return for the next game.
The studio said that they are taking advantage of new consoles and "amazing software" to make Mass Effect 4.
BioWare also teased a new IP but revealed no details of the game and revealed more of Dragon Age: Inquisition at EA's E3 media briefing.
