PlayStation Now Beta: Games List and Screenshots Leaked

April 21, 2014 by Yesika Reyes

A recent update in the beta revealed new titles for the service and other information.

According to a story on DualShockers story posted recently, the latest update for the PlayStation Now Beta unveiled 19 new games for the service.

Interestingly, it was noted that the first nine games from the previous phase of the beta aren't available anymore. These were Killzone 3, Puppeteer, MX vs ATV: Alive, Ninja Gaiden 3 and Papo & Yo. The bright side is that there are 19 more exciting games and they all have trophy support. Check out the full list below:

ï‚·  Heavy Fire: Shattered Spear

ï‚·  LUMINES: Supernova

ï‚·  NIGHTS Into Dreams…

ï‚·  Retro/Grade

ï‚·  Sacred Citadel

ï‚·  Saints Row: The Third

ï‚·  Skullgirls Encore

ï‚·  Sniper Elite V2

ï‚·  Puppeteer

ï‚·  Eat Them!

ï‚·  PixelJump Racers 2nd Lap

ï‚·  PixelJunk Shooter 2

ï‚·  BlazBlue: Calamity Trigger

ï‚·  Ben 10 Omniverse 2

ï‚·  Contrast

ï‚·  Disgaea D2: A Brighter Darkness

ï‚·  Catherine

ï‚·  El Shaddai: Ascension of the Metatron

ï‚·  FUEL

ï‚·  GRID

The other screenshot leaked showed us information about the rental feature we've known in the past. To reiterate, you can opt to rent a title for 30 days, 14 days, or 7 days. How much each would cost isn't specified and it is currently listed as "free" for testing purposes. It is still unspecified if PlayStation Now allows users to rent by bulk as well.

While the service won't come out in North America until this summer, we do know quite a number of things about the service. The service definitely plans to support PS4 games in the near future. Sony also recommends a minimum of 5 mbps to use PlayStation Now. We also looked into the future and listed things that the company must do to make the service a success.

Thanks DualShockers for the story. Check out all the images here.
