The Elder Scrolls Online: Here’s a First Look at Group Dungeons

February 14, 2014 by Stephen Daly

Four players, three dungeons, 17 minutes; this is The Elder Scrolls Online.

We have 17 minutes of group dungeons from The Elder Scrolls Online to show you thanks to Atropos from Tamriel Foundry and guild members Phazius, Erlex, and Benefactor of Entropy Rising.

Here, they play through the first three instanced dungeons available to players in The Elder Scrolls Online and offer a detailed breakdown of the types of encounters that groups can expect from the dungeon experience in the game, with detailed commentary explaining the mechanics, abilities, and context.

The three dungeons in question are Spindleclutch – Glenumbra (Daggerfall Covenant), Banished Cells – Auridon (Aldmeri Dominion), and Fungal Grotto – Stonefalls (Ebonheart Pact).

The Elder Scrolls Online is set for release in April for PC and Mac and in June for PS4 and Xbox One. Bethesda is leveraging a $60 charge to be followed by a $14.99 monthly subscription after a free 30 trial for the game.
