When it comes to 2020’s year of gaming, a few hyped-up titles are coming out and one of those happens to be Cyberpunk 2077. CD Projekt Red has been hard at work with developing its next major video game release after The Witcher 3. While most are eager to jump into the game, there has been at least one major design change since we last saw the female version of V.
As you’re likely aware of at this point, Cyberpunk 2077 takes place in the future. Players take on the role of a hired gun essentially named V who works for various contract groups in the hardened area known as Night City. A large part of this game follows players making several choices on how to progress through the game with the first being to adjust your character.
It’s worth pointing out that players will have the ability to decide on whether they’d like to either be a male or female version of the character and while you have the ability to customize each, there are two default skins.
It looks like CD Projekt Red was interested in changing up the female version of V which tweaks a few areas of the character. For instance, V now sports bright red hair, some piercings along with a few little lines that look as if they are a few augmentations. At any rate, this character design may not be what you’ll end up running with when Cyberpunk 2077 releases into the market.
Currently, Cyberpunk 2077 is slated to hit the market later this year. If you’re wanting to pick up a copy, you’ll be able to do so on September 17, 2020, for the PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One platforms.
