Call of Duty Ghosts SA-805 Guide

The SA-805 is a modern day Czech rifle with a modular design that does good, decent damage thanks to a slightly above average mutliplier. It can kill at close range with three shots, two if they are headshots, and four head at medium range, three if they are headshots. Because of its range, its suited for use with a silencer.

It has a moderate rate of fire and 769 RPM. It is only average at hip firing, losing out to SMGs. Recoil is moderate, slightly turning your gun to the right. This may compromise ranged shooting a bit, but burst fire will always work. Aim time is average at 300 ms and it gives you 90 % mobility, meaning you can easily move around with it.

It has a magazine capacity of 30 rounds, and 45 rounds on an extended magazine. Reload time is average at 2.76 seconds.

Thanks to its high ROF and consistent damage, the SA-805 works well at close to medium range. You will ideally want to get away from SMG users, but otherwise get as close to the enemy as possible.

With this strategy in mind, the silencer is ideal. The lowered range is a fair compromise for a more effective weapon overall. Getting extended mags will help keep you alive.

When it comes to Perks, use Off The Grid to keep SMGs away and everyone else unaware. Steady Aim and Ready Up will raise your chances of hitting first even further.

Aside from SMGs outperforming the SA-805 at the same range, keep in mind that other rifles outperform it at long range. As long as you stay out of sight, the SA-805 can make you a mid-range threat.
