Crystal Dynamics' Tomb Raider, which launched for PC, PS3, and Xbox 360 earlier this year, will be released on Mac systems later in 2013.
The game is being ported by Mac focused developer Feral Interactive but information including pricing, system requirements, and the game's release date have not yet been divulged.
In a press release, Square Enix head of product development Darrell Gallagher commented:
"We're excited to bring Tomb Raider to the Mac, and in doing so introduce a new audience to Lara Croft's original story. This is one more step on the road to achieving everything we wanted with the game."
Tomb Raider is set to get a sequel which Square Enix revealed in August to be "well into development". The game's development has not been affected by layoffs at Crystal Dynamics.
