XCOM: Enemy Within Gameplay Shows New Gadgets, Enemies

I can write a book about the dozens of times I engaged in a firefight with a 97% chance to hit and missed. To add upon my failed combat engagements, this XCOM: Enemy Within gameplay shows us the newest situations for troops to miss favorable shots.

Like jetpacks, mechanized suits make every game better. A new solider class in Enemy Within allows for soldiers to hop into mechanized suits for increased damage and armor. Using his Collateral Damage ability, the mechanized solider excels in destroying enemy cover and close quarter engagements.

Enemy Within also introduces new genetics modifications like improved leg muscles to reach high ledges or protection against mind controlling abilities that end up killing the mind controller. XCOM: Enemy Within will include new weapons, gadgets, environments and even enemies.

The expansion for XCOM: Enemy Unknown, XCOM: Enemy Within, will launch on November 12th of this year.
