Stealth Inc. Launches on PS3 and PS Vita Later This Month

July 9, 2013 by Stephen Daly

The game formally known as Stealth Bastard is headed to PlayStation.

Stealth Inc. A Clone in the Dark from Curve Studios is set to be released on PS3 and PS Vita on July 23rd in North America and on July 27th in Europe the developer has informed Joystiq.

Originally launched on Windows PC and Steam the PS3 and Vita version comes with cross-buy enabled, meaning those who have bought it on one platform will gain free access to the title on the other system.

Stealth Inc. was initially named Stealth Bastard but Curve renamed it in a bid to reach a wider audience. The current moniker is a mashup of two entries from a recent contest. Of the more than 3,500 suggestion Stealth Inc. and A Clone in the Dark were chosen.

Ash Baker and Ben Collins, who submitted the first and second part of the game's name respectively, will be credited in the PlayStation versions of the game.

Curve has previosuly overseen the port of Thomas Was Alone for PlayStation platforms.
