The street date for Diablo 3 has been revealed ahead of E3 this year. Fans of the console will be able to get their hands on Diablo 3 on both the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 this summer.
Blizzard has pegged the street date for the game's release on September 3.
This version of the game will come with all the same stuff as the PC version but with a completely new UI catering to the console experience. Players will be able to play the game entirely through the use of a gamepad instead of a mouse and keyboard and cooperate with each other through Battle.net as well as offline in split-screen mode—a feature presently unavailable for the PC version of the game, and also unavaialable for the foreseeable future.
If you're looking for a party game to waste your time with, Diablo 3 might be right up your alley once it releases.
