Bohemia Interactive has put together a new content update for the Alpha version of Arma 3. Titled the Sniper Package, the update adds a pair of powerful sniper rifles and supplementary ghillie suits.
The first rifle is the Gepard GM6 Lynx, an anti-materiel (read: vehicle) sniper rifle that's primarily used to disable light armored vehicles, armored rifle troops, light shelters, and even helicopters.
The second rifle, the M320R Long Range Rifle, offers long-range accuracy of up to 2000 meters.
In addition to the weapons and the sniper suit, the Sniper Package includes optics and rangefinders, all of which further enhance the sniper experience.
All of the new content is automatically downloaded through Steam.
