Driving around in Grand Theft Auto’s iconic vistas may be relaxing for players, but the AI-controlled characters in the game are having a very hard time with one of the game’s roads. In fact, one specific sharp turn north of Los Santos causes every non-player character to crash or lose control while turning.

According to YouTubers and fans of the game who investigated the road, which is found near the entrance to the Marlowe Vineyards, the AI is said to be gaining too much speed as it drives downhill before it makes the turn, and is unable to compensate for the problem.

Not every vehicle crashes, but lighter cars have a higher chance of crashing or flipping over compared to trucks and heavier vehicles. Some just hit the bounce and go on their way, while others completely tumble around. The error could serve as a warning for self-driving vehicles, which may suffer from the same problems in the real world.
