Pretty much everyone by now knows what the Xbox One looks like, and we've already explored the underlying design philology that rules its design.
It's basically been engineered evangelize the Windows 8 look and feel, which can be seen pretty much everywhere else. From Microsoft's desktop computing OS (obviously) to their smart phone's operating system.
The metro look, for many, was introduced via the Xbox 360's dashboard. But what about the One's?
Today's unveiling gave us a taste, though Destructoid has a closer look. And, surprise, it looks a lot like the 360's current dashboard. Meaning it also looks a lot like Windows 8:
As with the hardware, the software makes one fact abundantly clear: MS loves boxes.
