We’ve recently received some new gameplay footage of Bethesda’s first-person release from last year, Wolfenstein 2 on the hybrid console – and considering the technical limitations of the system, it’s still looking pretty amazing. The direct feed footage comes from Gamespot, showing off some gun action, stealthing around and the intricate details of the game.
What I’m most surprised to see is just how well the game holds up to the PS4 release, I mean, the fire effects from guns and the laser cannon, the explosions, the reflections – it’s shaping up to be quite a benchmark game for the Switch. The gameplay does have slight mess ups here and there, with notable slowed down parts, and audio issues but I’m sure these will be addressed before the final launch.
