PUBG Desert Map Brings A New Vehicle

December 5, 2017 by Jordan Coetsee

Exclusive to the desert map.

PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS

PlayerUnknown’s Battleground’s developer, Bluehole Studios announced a couple months that there would be a new map coming to the batte-royale shooter. This time, the map will take players to a vast desert filled with sniping spots, isolated towns, and a giant dilapidated city center.

Now the developers have announced that players will also be receiving a new vehicle alongside the map to cruise around in. Taking to Twitter Brendan Greene announced that players will be getting a retro-looking pickup truck, exclusive to the desert map.

A stark contrast to the original, The new map will be a dense city center in a desert area. There will be minimal foliage but loads of high rise buildings perfect for sneaky sniping. The map will feature a primary and secondary downtown, a stadium in the city, and villages around the city area.
