One of the more highly anticipated video games to release later this year is Red Dead Redemption 2. Almost nothing is known about this upcoming title, yet everyone is eager to get their hands on a copy in order to see just what Rockstar Games had placed into the sequel of their critical acclaim release of Red Dead Redemption.
We’ve only received one trailer for the game so far which means that there’s a ton of questions left unanswered. For instance, we don’t know what additions have been made to this sequel, what the story is about, who players will be taking the role of, if this title will see a PC release, and most importantly, when the game will be available.
It was just last week that one supposed leak started a wildfire of rumors online. A report was made stating that a UK retailer, Base, had accidentally released the launch date for Red Dead Redemption as September 26, 2017.
Now a new report has surfaced online by Attack of the Fanboy, which alerts that CD Action discovered a release date from Media Market. According to the report, Media Market has Red Dead Redemption 2 releasing on October 3, 2017.
Both leaks are relatively close to one another though no further information has been unveiled officially. There’s a good chance we may find new details regarding the video game title during E3 this year where we may finally get a few questions we’ve been patiently waiting for answered.
In the meantime, take a look at the announcement trailer for Red Dead Redemption 2 within the video posted above along with a game gallery down below.
