You won’t get far in Hades 2 if you aren’t prepared to get a bit mystic. Melinoe is, at her heart, awesome. But she’s also a witch, and this means she likes to brew things in a big ‘ol pot. Throw in everything from weeds to stones and something good is bound to happen. Provided you are following a recipe, an Incantation will be evoked.
Incantations are incredibly powerful boons to your playthrough. These act as one of your primary progression tools and alter everything from dungeon layouts, and weapon upgrades, to unlocking new paths through the game. In this guide we are going to go through every Incantation in Hades 2, and how to unlock them.

How To Use Incantations
Incantations are introduced pretty darn early in Hades 2, however, their importance won’t become apparent until later on. Incantations offer powerful and permanent changes to the game. Entire systems are locked behind Incantations, and it should be your priority to find the resources required to brew up a storm.
Each incantation requires a specific combination of resources, meaning you will need to venture out into the Underworld (or surface world) with various tools to gather the required gubbins. Whilst a little bit grindy, it’s well worth the effort.
Every Incantation In Hades 2
There are a lot of Incantations in Hades 2, and some of them aren’t currently completable in Early Access. This is due to certain resources simply not being in the game. That being said, most Incantations can be completed, and you should strive to complete them all.
