#6 Crucible
It’s not always easy jumping into game development for a company but Amazon is giving it a go. With Relentless Studios, this is their first big title to release outside of tablet titles. The game is a bit of a third-person shooter that puts players into teams featuring different classes and unique abilities. This is a sci-fi fantasy game that features not only combat with other players but also other creatures you’ll find within the world.
There’s a lot going on in matches and it could be a reason some players were thrown off. In fact, it’s a game that launched in May of this year before getting yanked back into closed beta within June. Perhaps this first round of mixed reviews and player feedback, the development team can fine tune Crucible to really make it something well worth installing on the PC platform when it makes its way back out into the market.
#5 League of Legends: Wild Rift
Riot Games made an incredible MOBA title back in 2009 and it continued to be enjoyed by players all over the world. There are even massive tournaments with big cash prizes for players looking to compete in matches with viewers tuning in to see the different strategies. At any rate, the game has been around for the PC platform and while it was incredibly popular, there weren’t any ports made for console or mobile platforms. That, however, will be changing soon thanks to League of Legends: Wild Rift.
There are far more people out there with a mobile device than a gaming PC. As a result, Riot Games is delivering fans a condensed version of the game for Android and iOS. The basis of League of Legends is still intact. Players will be controlling their champion against a team of players with the goal of reaching the player’s base and destroying their Nexus. Furthermore, the matches will still be a bit lengthy.
If you played League of Legends in the past or are keen on trying a MOBA then this will simply allow players a bit more access in actually enjoying the game. Of course, we’re still waiting to see this title actually launch as there’s no indication just when the game will hit the marketplace outside of a generic 2020 release window.
