Week 3

Free Challenges

#1 Vehicle Stages

This is a staged challenge which mainly focuses on vehicles in some capacity.

  • Stage #1 Land A Trick On A Driftboard

Driftboards are featured in a variety of areas around the map but you’ll really find them in the snow area normally west of Polar Peak. From there you just to get on one and boost off an area and move the controls around to get a trick to register. Afterwards, you just need land safely to complete the stage challenge.

  • Stage #2 Get 3s Of Airtime In A Quadcrasher

Unlike Driftboards, Quadcrasher’s are a bit more sporadic around the map so finding a vehicle to use won’t be hard or require too much traveling. With this stage, you need to get at least three seconds of airtime. This can be done by just riding off a high ledge and using a boost. We suggest building a ramp up to reach a good height to start off.

  • Stage #3 Destroy Structures With Vehicles

It doesn’t matter what vehicle you use but you need to get into a vehicle and ram through three structures to destroy them. Simply travel around the map and look for abandoned structures to destroy.

#2 Search Chests Within Lonely Lodge or Polar Peak

This is an easy to complete challenge. Players need to search a total of seven chests within either Lonely Lodge or Polar Peak. Take a look at our reference map above to find the locations but it’s best to land at either of these places to get the challenge completed quickly.

#3 Deal Damage To An Opponent Within 10s After Using A Slipstream

Slipstreams were a new addition to Fortnite with season 9. With Slipstreams players can quickly maneuver around a large area and it’s likely something you’ve used already these past couple weeks. With this last free challenge players need to go through a Slipstream and then deal 200 damage to an opponent within ten seconds of landing.

Battle Pass Challenges

#1 Visit Location Stage Challenge

This is a three part stage challenge in which players need to visit two locations within a single match. Again, use the reference map if needed to see just where the locations are within the in-game world.

  • Stage #1: Happy Hamlet & Shifty Shafts
  • Stage #2: Sunny Steps & Dusty Divot
  • Stage #3: Haunted Hills & Salty Springs

#2 Throw The Flying Disc Toy And Catch It Before It Lands

First off for this challenge you need to be at Tier 35 and use the Flying Disc emote. Use the emote and race towards the disc to catch it before it lands on the ground.

#3 Explosive Weapon Eliminations

To get this challenge completed, you need to use an explosive weapon and deal eliminate a total of three opponents.

#4 Deal Damage With Different Weapons In A Single Match

Using an assortment of weapons, use them as you deal damage to various opponents. This one will be easy just as long as you stock up on weapons throughout the round.
