After their work was done with the Halo franchise, developers Bungie had brought out a brand new IP called Destiny. This is an online-only FPS that is set in the distant future that follows players taking the role of a Guardian. Guardians are protectors of Earth as they battle against alien threats though the game often puts an emphasis on players working together in groups.
Overall, the game has a few expansions and raids available for gamers to complete. Though ultimately, the narrative came towards an end with the release of Destiny 2.
