During the conversation, Batman must pinpoint where the Riddler is hiding out. Gordon gives Batman a few ideas, but the rest is up to you. Looking at your map, you can decide where Riddler is hiding out, the answer to this puzzle is 44th Street.

East End Location
Batman leaves Gordon to investigate the East End location for possible Riddler clues or answers, though Gordon meets up with Batman at the location shortly after.
After exploring briefly, someone closes the hatch leaving Batman and Gordon trapped inside the water tower. Batman decides to go further into the water tower being led by the Riddler’s signs.
At the base of the water tower, the duo finds a victim which Batman can further examine for clues.
Examining Head
- Eyes reveals brain trauma.
- Mouth reveals that he bit his tongue clear off likely through a sudden shock.
- Ears reveal that his eardrums had burst.
Examining Phone
- Phone reveals that there is no reception in the area.
Examining Pocket
- Pocket reveals Special Agent Mario Fernandez badge.
Examining Hand
- Hand reveals parts of his fingers is missing.
Examining Feet
- Feet reveals that one shoe is missing while the other is almost melted.
After examining the body, Batman is introduced to a torture chamber similar to the one from the Casino. The Riddler clearly wants him to get inside to play along, though players can look around the room to see where Agent Mario Fernandez failed.
Examining the room you can find the following.
- Melted shoe on the ground.
- Metal mesh lining walls.
- Unfinished chamber.
- Death chamber.
- Warm flooring

- Riddle near door wheel
- Riddler’s desk
- Monkey statue
- Body cam – reveals footage.
- Monitors
- Stack Safes
Link the monitors to the death chamber porthole. Likewise, link the melted shoe to the death chamber flooring. Lastly, link the safe to the missing fingers of the body.
Hack into the computer in order to unveil Emails, a coworker email along with a Arms Dealer email. These emails reveal that the Riddler worked with Mori and there are other workers alongside the Riddler.
You will now have to organize the order in which deceased Agent acted out the Riddler’s puzzle.
