A big announcement was unveiled during QuakeCon. It seems that Bethesda’s take on a collectible card game, The Elder Scrolls: Legends, has officially entered an open beta. If you have wanted to try the game out then you can give the open beta a download right now through the Bethesda.net launcher.
There are a few big names when it comes to CCG’s with one of the most popular options lately to run with being Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft. Through its success, we’ve seen other franchises take a leap into a CCG based off their respected original IPs, the latest being The Elder Scrolls: Legends.
It seems that there are a few subtle differences to The Elder Scrolls: Legends when compared to Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft. For instance, the board is split into two lanes, both of which players can use strategically when attacking their opponent. Likewise, these two lanes are used to hold different special effects that would apply to all the cards within that lane.
As mentioned, if you wanted to give The Elder Scrolls: Legends a try then download the open beta right now through the official Bethesda.net launcher. The game will be available for both iOS and PC though an official release date for the title has yet to be determined.
