Stop Killing Games has chimed in on Cyberleek, as they had to.

When Cyberleek leaked GTA 6 gameplay, they pointed to their site which laid out their manifesto. Part of that manifesto fell in line with Stop Killing Games’ advocacy. They demanded that publishers ensure that any game with single-player content has an offline fallback state.
Stop Killing Games said this:
Do not send these people your money, no matter how much sympathy you may feel for their actions. This is illegal, and frankly, we feel for everyone at Rockstar having to go through this ordeal again, especially just over a week before Rockstar’s own official “Extended Look” premieres.
They then condemned using illegal means to make a point and pointed out that these actions hurt the developers who make these games as much as the companies. And SKG pointed out what Rockstar did to their last leaker.
Stop Killing Games made the ethical case to not support Cyberleek. But also, rejecting Cyberleek’s actions maintains the credibility they need to continue to lobby their causes across different countries.
But Stop Killing Games can’t stop Cyberleek or other entities who choose to act the same.
