Cyberleek has returned with a new statement directed to Rockstar.

They said this on Twitter a few hours ago:
@RockstarGames, we will not be playing any more waiting games today. You are under a ticking time bomb, meet our demands or else we will leak the rest of the gameplay.
EVERY GAMER HAS A VOICE.

Cyberleek also linked to their Discord.
Cyberleek’s demands are found in the “Cyberleek Edict” found on their site. We won’t be linking to any of their sites here but we’ll explain what their manifesto says.
Cyberleek expresses grievances over anti-consumer practices, specifically selling digital pre-orders, as well as ‘fake’ single-player DLC that are already installed in the game and only need unlocks. They also demand companies add an offline fallback for all single-player games.
Cyberleek alluded to a secret project to address all this, and says this is the reason they’re crowdfunding through crypto. While this obviously appears scammy, the implication is the project is to leak even more games.
The manifesto ends with a threat that they will do this to more publishers. We should see soon enough if Cyberleek can make good on these threats, possibly later today.
