Embark Studios sends a message to their players who use accessibility aids.

They shared this statement on the ARC Raiders Twitter account:
It’s come to our attention that certain players using accessibility peripherals are getting banned in the game.
We are working hard on resolving this issue as soon as possible. Our support team is reviewing all appeals, please continue to reach out to us if this has happened to you.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
Embark claims to have successfully addressed problems with cheaters on ARC Raiders as recently as last month. They never mentioned devices like Cronus Zen or XIM Matrix.
While there are devices like the Xbox Adaptive Controller and PlayStation Access Controller, the Cronus Zen and XIM Matrix arguably occupy a different category. These latter two devices can be used by players to flat out cheat, but disabled players use them too.
Embark believes their systems can successfully identify when players using these devices are cheating or are using them legitimately. It’s a far cry from Call of Duty’s RICOCHET recently banning said devices.
