Was yesterday's Far Cry 3 trailer a little too pre-rendered for your liking? Rest easy, as Ubisoft has also sent over ten new screenshots, showcasing the action-packed gameplay and beautiful island locales we can expect from Far Cry 3.
There are plenty of shots of our hero, Jason Brody, pulling all sorts of crazy stunts, from taking out a dock with a boat-mounted machine gun to ziplining onto the deck of a tanker ship.
Also notable is the appearance of a new character, which the image names have pegged as one Doctor Earnhardt. In one shot, he's hard at work in a rundown lab, and in the other, he's showing Jason a small jar containing some sort of sort of mushroom. I'm calling it now: the "insanity" that's affecting everyone on the island is actually one big psilocybin trip. We've all been there, am I right?
