If you’ve already played through the games and enjoyed them or want to ensure they are available in your library, then discounts are available. Microsoft offers players a 20% discount on video games that are leaving the Xbox Game Pass subscription service. So you’ll be able to pick up these games a bit cheaper before they are tossed off the service.
If you’re unfamiliar, Xbox Game Pass drops video games after so long. However, what video games will remain on the subscription service will be all of Microsoft’s first-party titles. The only games that might see an exit are if there are licensing issues. However, you’ll find that these games will eventually see a return to the subscription service. This is what happened with Quantum Break when Remedy Entertainment had to deal with the game exiting the service while they dealt with a small licensing issue that forced the game to be removed from digital services and marketplaces.
