Xbox Game Pass Is Losing 7 more Games This Month

March 2, 2023 by Dennis Patrick

Here is your last chance to try some of these games out.

The Xbox Game Pass subscription service has been incredibly well-received by fans. It’s a great means to gain access to countless video game titles for a monthly fee. With this service, players are not only going to receive all of Microsoft’s first-party video game titles at launch but a slew of third-party games as well. Fortunately, Microsoft’s first-party lineup will continue to remain on the Xbox Game Pass subscription service. However, those third-party video game titles are not sticking around forever. Instead, you’ll find that these games will come and go. Today, we’re finding that seven new games are being taken down from the subscription service.

We don’t have a specific date as to when the games will be leaving. Most are pinpointing the exit on March 15, 2023, right now. However, if you haven’t given these games a chance, then you may want to check in on them sooner rather than later. Likewise, some incentives exist to check out games even though they are heading out of the service platform. For example, Microsoft typically offers a discount on these games so that even if you’re losing out on access through Xbox Game Pass, you could pick the titles up a bit cheaper.

Games Leaving Xbox Game Pass March 2023

  • Goat Simulator
  • Kentucky Route Zero TV Edition
  • Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy
  • Paradise Killer
  • Undertale
  • Young Souls
  • Zero Escape: The Nonary Games

These games are on the way out of the subscription service. Although as we mentioned, even though these games are being removed, Microsoft continuously adds more titles into the mix. So you’ll want to check in a few times a month to see if a new set of titles are added in or at least showcased on what games are coming soon to the platform. With that said, there are two main subscription tiers for Xbox Game Pass.

The standard Xbox Game Pass subscription will give players access to Microsoft’s first-party video game titles and the majority of third-party games. Meanwhile, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is slightly more that offers players access to all of the games, including EA Play. Likewise, this tier gives players Xbox Live Gold, which means online multiplayer support and even access to the monthly games added to those that have an Xbox Live Gold subscription.
