It’s the first day of the final beta for Tom Clancy’s The Division, and Ubisoft has prepared something special for beta players.
Every day, Ubisoft will be sharing Daily Intel; AKA a daily update for the beta that includes a daily mission. If you accomplish the mission, you will get a reward, and the top player who does best will get a unique reward. For today, the mission revolves how it is day one since the catastrophe. The agents are tasked with search and rescue, looking for as many civilians as possible and taking them to safety.
Ubisoft is also sharing daily tips in the form of videos. Today, they explain how players can customize the UI to their liking. You can watch the video below. Ubisoft will also be streaming the beta on their Twitch channel daily.
Of course, today’s mission is exclusive to Xbox One players, who get one more day for the open beta than PlayStation 4 and PC players. Everyone else will still get to play the beta from February 19 to 21.
Whatever your platform, Ubisoft encourages fans to keep sharing feedback on the beta. You can make sure your feedback is heard by sharing it on their official forums.
Tom Clancy’s The Division will be released on March 8, 2016, on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. Ubisoft has explained that they cannot add split-screen multiplayer for technical and practical reasons, but they will launch it with eye-tracking features.
