Bloodborne's been out for almost a month now and gamers have begun to adjust to the title's high difficulty level. However, if you're a slow learner like me, then you might need a little more help getting through the perils of Bloodborne.
Reddit user justjimm has drafted up a guide that will supposedly net players 30,000 blood echo a minute. This equates to about 1 million per hour. This should prove to upgrade anyone's character quite a bit, so long as you are leveled enough to get to the places required to farm blood echo.
Check out the guide below:
I think this is well known but I tried to optimize it a bit. (You mileage may vary depending on how many Moon runes you use – there are 3 different stackable versions).
Start at Middle Loft lamp. Run up the stairs. Take out the 2 Shadows. Up the stairs. Take out the Wizard Shadow.
Up the stairs, kill the pig. Now as you approach the other 2 pigs, start running just before they see you. Run past them (to your right along the wall) towards the 4 Shadows. After you hear the pig that was closest to you 'whiff' their attack, turn off sprint and recharge stamina (don't stop walking). Once it's recharged, sprint again towards the 4 Shadows. Immediately turn left and head down the stairs (you should also be hearing to 2 charging pigs up behind you while you were running). As you go down the stairs, 1 or 2 Shadow may follow you. Best case is none of them. The Shadow and Pig will kill each other – but don't wait for them to, join the fray – take out the Shadows first since they can kill the pigs easily. Then head down the stairs and kill 2 more Shadows. 2.5 minutes per run.
Make sure you have 20 Bold Hunters Mark for the farming session.
Just for reference, my last run 30 minutes netted me 680k Blood Echo and I died 3 or 4 times.
Feel free to ask questions for clarifications. Hope this is helpful for you guys!
Edit: Also great for Blood Vial farming. Easily maxxed out my storage for it.
Bloodborne debuted on March 24, 2015 on PlayStation 4.
