YouTube videos rendered at 48 and 60 frames per second are to be implemented on the Google owned site over the coming months.
The site promoted the move with upscaled trailers for Visceral Games' Battlefield Hardline and Respawn's Titanfall – both EA published titles.
Other features to be rolled out include user submitted translations and tagged shout-outs for collaborators. Of particular interest, however, is Fan Funding which allows viewers to donate directly to content creators through YouTube. "Only a handful" of video makers are testing out this particular feature at present.
