Creative Assembly and SEGA announced today that their upcoming survival horror game, Alien: Isolation, which is set in a 1970s retro-futuristic setting of the Alien franchise will be out before the end of the year.
Alien: Isolation has been dated for an October 7 release on the PC, Xbox 360, Xbox One, PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4.
Players take on the role of Alien protagonist Ellen Ripley’s daughter, Amanda Ripley, who has to survive an encounter with the infamous Alien xenomorph fifteen years after the end of Ridley Scott’s film. Set aboard an abandoned space station, the player will have to do everything to stay alive.
