Square Enix has released a new, six minute trailer for Thief which you can see below.
The footage focuses on the weapons, tactics, and gadgets available to Garrett in the series reboot which is set for release later this month.
Stephane Ray, a producer at Eidos Montreal, confirmed on the PlayStation Blog that the game is complete and good to go for launch:
"It’s a wrap! After litres of coffee and buckets of sweat, I’m thrilled to be able to scream it from the rooftops: THIEF IS DONE!! That’s right – THIEF HAS GONE GOLD and will be available later this month. To find out everything you need to know about the game we’ve created a new 101 trailer to get you all excited."
In the game, Garrett the Master Thief is caught up in an escalating conflict between Baron Northcrest and the oppressed masses led by Orion, the voice of the people.
Despite the political aspect, Thief will still feature plenty of heists and pre-orders will net you an exclusive bank job.
Thief is set for release on PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One on February 25th in North America and on February 28th in Europe.
