While the play testing is taking part in Id that doesn't necessarily mean the game in question isn't being developed elsewhere in Bethesda Softwork's studios.
Confirmed titles coming from Bethesda include The Evil Within, Wolfenstein: The New Order, and a "new version" of Doom 4 from Id. There's also been a lot of talk lately of Fallout 4 most of which is likely untrue but we can always hope. There's also the possibility that the game is something else entirely.
Id was hit last month by the departure of co-founder John Carmack who left to focus on the Oculus Rift. He recently said that it's up to Sony whether or not the sensor comes to the PS4 but Carmack is "not holding my breath".
