Tiger Woods and EA Mutually End Partnership, EA Continues with PGA Tour Name

October 28, 2013 by Andrea Castellano

EA starts the next-generation with the new PGA Tour branding.

After longer than a decade of Tiger Woods PGA Tour golf titles, EA and Tiger Woods agree to end their seasoned partnership.

After more than 10 games dating back to the PlayStation 1, the PGA Tour name continues without the Tiger Woods branding.

NBA Live 14, EA's next generation sports game, launches this November exclusively for new platforms. EA previously canceled a few of its yearly NBA releases in favor of rebuilding the struggling NBA Live brand.

EA has not yet announced a release date or platforms for the next PGA Tour release.
