Thanks to a new PlayStation Blogcast podcast, fans of the Medievil franchise can get excited as the debut trailer for the upcoming remake title will be releasing next week, on Halloween day, October 31st.
This is extremely exciting news, as we have not heard about the title since the last PlayStation Experience. Sony’s Shawn Layden also noted that this game will be entirely remade, so this won’t be some half-baked remaster. Fans should expect a full-on remake of Medievil as soon as next year.
However, with still no detail on when this title will release, the incoming debut trailer, could potentially bring a lot of news such as gameplay footage, visual key art, and a release date or at least release window. I used to love the 1998 Medievil title, so to see Sony bring it back and make it a fully PS4 remake, I am super stoked!
