Looking to play the enhanced version of Halo 5: Guardians on your Xbox One X when it releases next week? Seem’s like you’re gonna have to set aside a decent amount of space.
As revealed Via the Microsoft Marketplace, Halo 5 Guardians will take 107GB of free space on your Hard Drive. The option to turn on 4k assets for games is present under “Settings – System – Backup & transfer – download 4k game content”.
The entire game is presented at 4k (3840×2160) on Xbox One X with 60 fps throughout. HDR is currently not available due to some technical difficulties with implementing it in a satisfactory way. The game still gets an incredible boost with the 4k resolution textures among other fixes.
Halo 5: Guardians follows the story of the series protagonist, Masterchief as he goes against a group of dangerous new Spartans. To read up on the title, check out the game’s official excerpt below:
‘Halo 5: Guardians delivers epic multiplayer experiences that span multiple modes, full-featured level building tools, and a new chapter in the Master Chief saga. And now with Xbox One X, players can experience enhanced visuals, up to 4K resolution, increased visual details, and improved graphic fidelity that makes the game look better than ever before, all while maintaining a consistent 60FPS for the smoothest gameplay possible.’
