There is not a single doubt in my mind that the South Park RPG is going to be amazing, and these new screenshots that have just dropped aren’t causing me to falter.
A huge bunch of screenshots were released this weekend, showcasing a fair chunk of the gameplay and action. The kids ‘armor’ seems reminiscent of that episode where they all pretend to be Lord of the Rings characters and try to return the porno tape, which was a really good episode – I’m choosing to see this as a good sign. The game should be out later this year for Xbox 360, PS3 and PC. The show’s creators, Trey Parker and Matt Stone have been heavily involved in the creation process and have certainly displayed the gaming knowledge needed to create what could be the single funniest game ever. I want this game yesterday.
I’d freeze myself in time to get it earlier, but I’d prefer to not get involved in a future war with hamsters.
